Give your child a strong foundation at Gering Preschool! We have an exciting educational program for three to five-year-old children in an energetic preschool environment where we engage students in learning, encourage creativity and practice routines. Our preschool program provides a nurturing and caring environment that develops each child's potential for learning.
We believe that each child is unique, develops at his/her own pace and is able to learn important life skills through play and interactions with others. Each classroom uses a variety of learning centers including science and discovery, art, reading, dramatic play, toys and games, blocks, and outdoor learning.
Gering Preschool is a family-oriented preschool and strongly encourage families to engage in classroom activities. Everyone deserves a bright future!

Gering Preschool is now offered in each of our three elementary schools - Geil, Lincoln and Northfield!
Lincoln Elementary: Three full-day classrooms
Northfield Elementary: Two full-day classrooms and one half-day classroom

FULL DAY SCHEDULE (follows regular school schedule) - 7:55 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) *early release at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesdays
Northfield Elementary
FULL DAY SCHEDULE (follows regular school schedule) - 7:55 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday -Friday) *early release at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesdays
HALF DAY MORNING SCHEDULE - 7:55 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Monday-Friday)
Geil Elementary

Healthy snacks are provided during both full and half day sessions. Full-day PreK students will also be provided a lunch mid-day. Families are encouraged to visit Nutrition Services Program page for more info.
Tuition Rates
Tuition is based on the free and reduced lunch application. Completion of these forms is required of all parents even if you feel you don't qualify. Tuition is due on the 5th of each month and are as follows:
