Lincoln Elementary Building Study Update

We are beginning the process of preparing for a bond issue in the fall of 2010 to address our elementary facility needs (primarily for the current Lincoln building). Architects from RB+B Architects, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado reviewed their facility audit report (Click here to access and review the full facility audit report). They plan to return to Gering on September 21 to conduct a community meeting. The will begin setting up in the Gering High School Auditorium at 6:00 p.m. Community members may peruse the information at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Please contact Patti at the Central Office (436-3125 or psmith@geringschools.net ) for more information.
