Amended 2009-2010 School Calendar

The Board of Education amended the 2009-2010 school calendar at their meeting June 15, 2009.  Please note:

  • The first day of school for grades 7-12 is still August 24.  
  • The first day of school for grades PK-6 has changed to August 27.
  • In-service days for PK-6 staff are scheduled for August 24, 25 and 26. 
  • Early release days are schedules for grades 7-12 on September 23, October 14, November 11, January 13, February 3 and 24 , April 14 and May 5 at 1:00 pm.
  • The Senior Graduation date has changes to May 23 at WNCC at 2:00 pm.
